Maddi and Tori graduate

Report

Wednesday 25th September, we gathered to celebrate a special occasion: the graduation of our Year 12 students Maddi Loftus and Tori Ivory.
It was a significant day, not just for Maddi and Tori, but for all of us who have had the privilege of guiding and supporting them along the way. To Maddi and Tori, congratulations! You’ve reached an important milestone, and we couldn’t be prouder of you both. Your dedication and hard work have brought you to this moment, and it’s a testament to your strength and determination.
Maddi, you have taken on various leadership roles throughout your secondary schooling, demonstrating dedication, skill and commitment. Your active participation in sporting, cultural, and community activities has represented Tottenham with distinction and pride.
Tori, your enthusiasm for a wide range of activities over the past six years has been impressive. Your recent performance in the Yellow Brick Road production was a shining example of your talent and commitment.
You have both been a wonderful asset to Tottenham Central. Over the years, we’ve watched you both grow from eager learners into young adults ready to take on the world. We’ve seen you tackle challenges and celebrate successes in many situations. Your journey has been filled with ups and downs, but you’ve handled it all with grace and perseverance.
As you step into the next chapter of your lives, remember that learning doesn’t end with graduation. Keep asking questions, stay curious, and never stop growing. The world is full of opportunities, and I have no doubt that both of you have the potential to make a difference. Don’t forget to carry with you the values you’ve developed here – responsibility, kindness and respect. These values will guide you through challenges and help you make a positive impact wherever you go and in whatever you do.
I want to thank you both for the joy and inspiration you’ve brought into our classrooms. It’s been an honour to be part of your educational journey. As you move forward, I hope you look back on your time here with fond memories and pride in what you’ve achieved. Congratulations once again, and best wishes for your future endeavours. Remember, “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.” Go out there and shine!
