Not Fast, Just Furious win

Not Fast, Just Furious have claimed victory in the Willow Bend Sports Centre 2877 Fast Five Netball Grand Final. They took to the court against Sips and Shots on Wednesday, 11 December 2024.
It was a very close contest, with Not Fast, Just Furious victorious 20 to 10 at the final whistle.
Best and Fairest for the competition went to Lara Noll, with Best and Fairest Runners Up Belinda Coe and Lily Waller.
The player of the Grand Final was Steve Maier.
“Once again, a huge thank you to all teams involved in this seasons Comp! One of our closest comps to date that could’ve went anyone’s way!” a post on the Willow Bend Sports Centre 2877 Facebook Page read.

“With all that being said, the Grand Final started the way we expected! I tight back and forth game! With Not Fast, Just Furious taking a 1 shot lead into the end of the first quarter, the second
quarter was very much the same with the lead creeping out to 3!
“Half Time Score – 11-8.
“Third quarter and some Steve Maier brilliance thanks to some great mid court movement saw and defence up the other end saw Not Fast, Just Furious take a substantial lead heading into the 4th quarter. Sips & Shot gave it their all in the last quarter but unfortunately Not Fast, Just Furious were just too good!
“Final Score – 20-10
“Congratulations to Sips and Shots on a great season! Also to Not Fast, Just Furious finishing the year off with another trophy.
“A big thanks to everyone that was involved in all of our indoor competitions this year! We with you a happy and safe holidays!
“Looking forward to seeing you all in 2025!” the post concluded.
