Paddy was pleased but not surprised to have 57 interested parties online, 10 registered bidders and a total of 25 bids, ultimately selling to a family from the Riverina District at a price of $8,420,000, a record price in the area for comparable country.

Paddy is certain that buyers eyes will continue to be on the area with nine bidders missing out on the day who are keen to buy in the Condobolin area and credits his team at Ray White as being perfectly positioned to provide agency services to facilitate those transactions.
