LCS help to clean up Memorial Park
Lachlan Children Services went on an excursion to Memorial Park to take part in activities associated with Clean Up Australia Day on Thursday, 12 March.
Educators explained to the children how important it was to pick up rubbish and look after the environment.
Once they arrived at the park everyone got their own pair of gloves to put on and a rubbish bag.
While collecting rubbish they found rubbish from lollies and chocolates, at one point they found an IGA bag.
