Zahn gets nominated
Zahn Norris from Lake Cargelligo was nominated for Sportsperson of the year. The award was presented to Brad Hart.

Zahn demonstrates unwavering commitment and enthusiasm in every aspect of his performance, showcasing discipline and dedication during practice and competition. He consistently displays sportsmanship, fair play and respect for others, setting an example for team mates and opponents alike. His dedication to his team is evident, and his ability to step up as a team leader, inspiring with his actions and works are a credit to him. With a strong ethical foundation and a deep commitment to community values. Zahn contributes positively to both the sport and wider community. Amongst a list of many achievements Zahn was selected into the Giants Squad in 2024, the Riverina Secondary Boys AFL – South West Team and the NSW Team. He played for the Lake Tigers Football Club and received the following awards: Under 17’s Top Tiger, U17’s Best and Fairest and U17’s Leading Goal Kicker. He also played for the Northern Jets Football Club and received the Northern Riverina Best and Fairest Runner up.
