JULY 2019:
The 2019 Condobolin Women’s Wellness Expo was a wonderful success.
Over 300 people packed the SRA Pavilion to listen to guest speakers, engage with stallholders and enjoy a fabulous lunch, catered by the Year Nine and 10 Hospitality Class.
“It was a fantastic event,” spokesperson Heather Blackley said.
“People really enjoyed themselves. There was a number of guest speakers and a great meal provided by Condobolin High School Hospitality Class.
“It was a really successful event.”
Condobolin CWA was the driving force and organiser behind the Expo. It was funded by Western Health Alliance Limited PHN under the “Community Wellbeing and Drought Support Grants” program. LachIan Shire Council, Manildra Flour and Zonta International Orange were also partners with CWA.
There was even a group of 20 visitors from Tullamore, who began their day on a mystery bus tour, which ended up travelling to Condobolin for the Expo.
Participants received a gift bag on arrival, and then were shown into the SRA Pavilion, where they could browse the 30 stalls at their own leisure.
