ST JOHN’S PARISH HOLD WORKING BEE
On Tuesday 12th April, St John’s Parish Primary School in Cobar held a working bee.
The community came together for the working bee to help lay down the turf on the other half of schools yard.
“A massive thank you to Mick Armstrong, Troy and Thomas Knight, Brenda Hausler, Jess Fugar & Benetta, Lucas and Sam Townsend for volunteering your time to lay turf!” read a post on the St John’s Parish Primary School’s Facebook Page.
“Also a big thank you to Ben Tranter and Sam Townsend for volunteering your time to fix the sprinkler system and for all of your prep work and organisation leading up to today. We greatly appreciate your efforts!” the post concluded.
