GREASE AND OIL CHANGE WITH GRAHAM QUADE
On Wednesday 6th April at the Trundle Golf Club, the third installment of the Grease and Oil Change Workshop was held, with speaker Graham Quade (Right).
Graham is a local Trundle farmer that made the decision to take a year off the grog. Graham shared his story, the good and the bad sides to the experience, insights behind his decision as well as how it panned out for him and his health.
Experts were also present during the evening to help answer any questions the audience may have in regards to habits and their health.
A light supper was also available for those that attended, which was provided by Lisa Elias.
