Fit 4 Work workshops held in Condobolin
By Melissa Blewitt
Lachlan and Western Regional Services Incorporated (LWRS) held Fit 4 Work workshops for the Condobolin community.
The workshops were held on Monday, 3 February and Tuesday, 4 February.
They focused on ‘L’ Plates online practice tests, resume writing and goal setting.
LWRS partnered with Orange Local Aboriginal Land Council to run the free ‘Fit 4 Work’ program, aimed at assisting people aged 15 to 35 on their journey to gain employment, training
or education.
As part of the program, referrals to Birrang Enterprise were made, as they will be visiting Condobolin on 27 February for driving lessons and completing Learner Driver tests.
LWRS will partner with Orange Local Aboriginal Land Council to hold their next workshop in March.
