A huge congratulations to Lake Cargelligo Central School student Coden Stenhouse who competed at the 2024 Chemist Warehouse Australian All Schools Championships in Brisbane recently.
He won Gold in Long Jump, breaking the record convincingly, and won Silver in the 200 metre race, setting new Australian T21 records in both of these events.
“What an amazing result for this young athlete, we are all so very proud of you.” read a post on the schools Facebook page.
“Thanks also to his family for their continued support and travel to these competitions, without that these great results would not happen. Fantastic effort all round.” the post concluded.
