Condobolin Schools as Community Centres (SaCC), in partnership with Condobolin Public School, is helping prepare future Kindergarten students for a confident and connected transition to school.
The Pre-Kindergarten Learners program began on Thursday, 6 August and will continue through Term 4 for children enrolled through the SaCC program.
Central West Family Support Group is also supporting the program by providing transport and assisting SaCC facilitator Heidi Ritchie during service delivery.
