Match Report- Condo Vs Temora 19th July 2025
It was Old Boys and Sponsors Day at Ram Park, and the current crop of Rams made sure they gave the blokes who built this club a day to remember.
You couldn’t have scripted a better day at Ram Park. Blue skies, a hill full of legends, and enough retro kits to open a club museum.
The Old Boys formed a guard of honour to welcome the Rams onto the field, Rob Neal fired up the bagpipes, proper goosebumps stuff. You could tell something special was coming.
And from the kick-off, the boys were on. Our structure held, the pressure built, and our line was tighter than a stubby holder on a hot day.
Logan Brockmann opened the account early, running in untouched like he was on a guided tour. Gil Toole followed with a meat pie of his own and Will Clemson calmly split the sticks like he’s been doing it since Vegemite was invented.
Then Will decided conversions weren’t enough, so he snuck over for a stripey special of his own. Josh Payne nailed the extras, and just like that, the Rams were up 21-0 at the break. Ram Park was rocking.
The second half? Same story. The scoreboard kept ticking. Execution was sharp, defence was grumpy, and Temora were back on but the Rams remained stoic.
Josh Payne found the line, Phar Nicholson backed up a blinder of a game with a tidy chalk check-in.
Then there was Seamus Stuckey. Well, Seamus caused a structural incident. Ran through defenders like he had somewhere else to be. Unreal effort.
Temora did manage a try in the second half against some solid defence by the Rams.
Final score was 40-5. The footy Gods were smiling. And clearing wearing the blue and gold.
Oh, and the boat race? Rams by a full beer. The only thing quicker than our line speed was the pace we sank those schooners. Temora were a valiant second.
Big thanks to Temora for a tough, honest game of bush footy. Always a pleasure to play against a great club full of good blokes. Cant wait to meet again next year.

If you’re wondering whether the boys felt it… they absolutely did. There’s real pride in this jersey because of the men who wore it first.
