Seniors Festival Fun
Condobolin’s 2020 NSW Seniors Festival was celebrated through a myriad of activities last week. The festivities began with a fitness class with Personal Training – Brayden Davis at the Condobolin Sports Club on Tuesday, 18 February. Local seniors were then invited to take part in a Luncheon at the Condobolin RSL Club on Wednesday, 19 February from 12pm. A poetry reading took place at the Condobolin Library on Thursday, 20 February. This was a free event with participants relishing a delicious afternoon tea. On Friday, 21 February seniors attended Mass at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, and then enjoyed morning tea at the School. Seniors Week celebrations at the Museum will take place in April, with more information to follow as the event draws near.
