The position will require flexible hours and is hopeful to commence January 2021 The Condo Crew Co-ordinator is responsible for the recruitment, training program development, supervision, and support of Condo Crew participants with the aim of getting them into employment or training.
The aim is to minimise their exposure to risk taking behaviour and keeping them from entering the Juvenile Justice arena.
The Co-ordinator will work with casual YAOs and develop community connections and links to support and maximise opportunities for at risk youth who enter the Condo Crew program. The Co-ordinator will also work with multiple service providers to develop intensive case management plans for youth in the program.
