Condobolin man releases first book

John Spencer has released a book: "These are your endorphins speaking"In ‘These Are Your Endorphins Speaking’, author John Spencer shares with readers why he chose to travel by bicycle around Italy…not because he is particularly green, but because it is an efficient way of moving through a landscape that is essentially a vast open air museum.
This is not the story of just where John Spencer went and who he met, but also what he saw and, most importantly, what he thought and felt while biking through Italy. The tour yielded a return far in excess of the calorific effort that went into it. John was a 61-yearold man at the time, living with prostate cancer, in need of a travel experience that would teach him something about the meaning of life. This account captures something of the excitement and wonder of exploring, by bike, what is undoubtedly one of the great civilizations.
‘These Are Your Endorphins Speaking’ (ISBN: 978-1-60911-861-7) will be available September 22, 2010, for $10.50 and can be ordered through the publisher’s website or or
